"Bernadita V. Silva: My Modern Day Hero"
Always there for me, everytime I feel
The pain inside that she wanted to heal.
Lending her hands just to make sure I'm fine,
A true Modern Day Hero that can never be declined.
Even though super strength is not her power,
And couldn't fly in a very high tower,
Her kindness and thoughtfulness will do the best
A power that can't be compared among the rest.
You're the light in my darkness,
That guides me and throws away my loneliness.
You're the happiness in my sorrow,
That makes me smile today and tomorrow.

A mother, as I can see,
That gives all I need,
A mother as I know,
That guides me as I grow.
She's always there,
Every how and everywhere,
Nourishes me, guides me,
And protects me and my family
My one and only
Mother in all times,
Hero in my life,

The lamp of my path
That's all what she got.
She could readily enlighten,
Without knowing that she can.
She shed away my tears,
And get rid of my fears.
The sunshine in my day
She makes me smile come what may.
She looks after me with her supervision,
And loving me is her eternal mission.
She gets rid of any dark billow
That's why she's my wonder woman hero.
